Hinkle Outdoor Living is looking for an Outdoor Living Guide to lead homeowners through the early stages of their outdoor living project with confidence, clarity, and care. This is a consultative sales role for someone who can build trust, guide decisions well, and create a smooth handoff from opportunity to production-ready project.
You’ll be one of the key faces of our company and play a major role in shaping the customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with clients and help translate their goals into outdoor living concepts
- Capture accurate field measurements and site conditions
- Build clean, compelling, buildable designs
- Support design reviews, revisions, and design presentations
- Coordinate closely with the Outdoor Living Guide and internal team
- Produce design packages that support pricing, handoff, permitting, and production

What We’re Looking For
- ✓ Experience in outdoor living, landscape design, hardscape, poolscape, or similar residential design
- ✓ Strong eye for layout, function, and aesthetics
- ✓ Strong field measurement and detail accuracy
- ✓ Ability to design spaces that are both beautiful and buildable
- ✓ Confidence working with clients and internal teams
- ✓ Experience with design software and digital tools
- ✓ Valid driver’s license
