Hinkle Outdoor Living is hiring 2–3 Apprentice Craftspeople who want to build a real career in outdoor living construction. This is an entry-level field role for dependable, coachable people who want to learn the craft, work hard, and grow into bigger responsibility over time.
This role is the starting point for team members who want to develop into skilled field professionals and future crew leaders.
What You’ll Do
- Support the crew with daily jobsite work
- Learn tools, materials, and installation basics
- Help with site prep, loading, cleanup, and task execution
- Follow direction from crew leaders and field leadership
- Show up ready to work, learn, and improve
- Contribute to a safe, organized, high-standard jobsite

This role is designed as a development position. High performers can grow through a path like: Apprentice Craftsperson → Craftsperson → Assistant Crew Leader → Crew Manager If you want a job that can turn into a career, this is a strong place to start.
